With the release of RST version 3.0.0, we introduced the feature to connect your website to Cyberchimps Responsive Platform account.
You can refer to this dedicated document that shows how to create an account on Cyberchimps Responsive.
Since we have recently released this feature, you may encounter an issue. Here is the error message:
Error while connecting to your site. Invalid Domain
In order to resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
Refresh / Flush WordPress Permalinks. #
Step 1: In the WordPress admin area, go to Settings > Permalinks.
Step 2: Click Save Changes.
Step 3: Permalinks and rewrite rules are flushed.
When you save the permalink settings, WordPress regenerates the necessary rewrite rules and flushes the existing cache. By doing this, you ensure that any changes you have made to your permalink structure will be applied correctly.
Refreshing or flushing permalinks might temporarily affect your site’s accessibility. As soon as the permalinks are regenerated, this issue should be resolved automatically.
Conflict with Hosting Plugins #
Try deactivating any hosting plugins like Bluehost Plugin, SG optimizer, etc. temporarily.
- Once you have deactivated hosting plugins, go to Responsive > Dashboard > Settings.
- Create a new account or use the existing account. Now, you should be able to create your account successfully.
- Go back to Responsive > Dashboard > Settings and you should see the success message.
- Reactivate any hosting messages that you had deactivated.
Using a Live WordPress Website. #
If you’re using a local WordPress setup like XAMPP, Localhost, Flywheel and so on, you won’t be able to create a Cyberchimps account from the Responsive Addons plugin.
We request you to use a live WordPress website to create an account and import Starter Templates.
It’s time to speed-up your website designing process, with Responsive Addons pllugin. Update to v3.0.0 and above to built websites without much efforts.
