I am running iFeature Pro 5 Versie: 6.3.
Now the provider did an upgrade of PHP 5.6 to a later version and I get an HTTP ERROR 500.
Is iFeature Pro 5 compatible with later versions of PHP 5.6 ??
I didn’t run at PHP 7.0 and up.
The provider will definitely upgrade to a higher version of PHP at December 3.. please help !2 months ago Manisha (CyberChimps Team)Keymaster
Thank you for contacting us.
I have checked the theme with PHP version 5.6 there were no issues. Can you please tell me the later version to which your provider had switched so that I can replicate it and can assist you better.
You can run the iFeaturePro5 theme with PHP 7.0 and up it will work fine.

I have the same issue, tried to post the error code, do not know if i was successful.
I get fatal error and it has to do with Ifeature pro. The webhost will switch to php 7.2

It seems like I found the problem, it is NOT the theme but a ‘Facebook plugin’
I deactivated the plugin, changed PHP 5.6 to 7.2 and no problems seen so far !
The theme is running smooth !

Still no solution to my problem. Inactivaded all (almost) plugins (except Automatic plugins, Yoast SEO, Anti spam). Still same problems as discibed earlier. 🙁2 months ago futuParticipant
if you search for it in google you will find a lot of websites that are no longer reachable

Please check again after deactivating all the plugins there might be some conflict.
Can you please check the version of the theme check whether it is updated theme or not. Are using a child theme? If yes, then check by activating the base theme it might be some conflict with the child theme also. If the issue still persists please let us know.

Hello @manisha do you mean deactivating ALL plugins, even those by Automatic (Jetpack, Akismet) and well used plugins like YoastSEO and Wordfence security (maybe also: AntiSpam by Clean Talk).
I have version: Version: 5.5.10 of iFeature Pro.
No child theme (used to have/tried, but deleted it ages ago).
The change at the host between PHP 5.6 and 7.2 takes 20 minutes everytime so its time consuming.
I testet (the host recomended) PHP Compability checker and all was great (even ifeature Pro), but you’ve seen the error message.

I downloaded ifeature again to solve the problem.
Blog and database secured!
Then only the old options folder
with the new folder options folder from the download (from 12.12.2018).
That’s how I finally did it under php 7.2. 🙂
I no longer have an active subscription so how can I download the latest version of the theme? My host upgraded php and now it’s not working.
I found another thread about this issue and it fixed it for me.
I still need to know how I can update the theme however. I am getting all kinds of errors in the theme options and my logo is not showing up.
