We have been running the Eclipse theme in some version since about 2013 or so. Not sure how long we have had Eclipse Pro 3. We’ve been on Bluehost for about 6 months or so. This last week, our website started displaying a blank screen, and we were unable to access the site through WordPress. Bluehost said the problem was with the theme and directed us to the theme vendor for “server requirements.”
We are currently running WordPress 5.0.3. We have things set to automatically apply updates, but Bluehost says there has not been a recent WordPress update. They changed the theme to something generic – no more blank screen, but also no content displayed, and now we can access the WordPress dashboard.
Can anyone provide any help on the theme end? Did something change in the last week that makes Eclispe Pro 3 incompatible. Help please! 🙂2 weeks, 2 days ago [email protected]Participant
I just deactivated all plugins, except the Bluehost plugin. I went to the themes page, where we have Eclipse, Eclipse 2, and Eclipse 3. The first two will preview, #2 displays some content, but #3 previews a blank screen. This seems to indicate the theme is a problem – thoughts?2 weeks, 1 day ago Manisha (CyberChimps Team)Keymaster

Hello! I just wanted to check in to see if there might be some help for this issue. It has been a few days since the last post, and I am concerned about our website continuing to be down without knowing what direction to go. I appreciate the assistance!1 week, 4 days ago [email protected]Participant
