    Hello,
This inquiry is about one of feature(s) of WordPress theme not working on my website.

I have Responsive theme for my website.

Previously, I was able and did use Customize feature of the above-cited theme, but the past several days when I tried to use Customize feature, the webpage was blank and stated it was loading, even after 30 min. or more, the webpage was blank and was still loading. Can you look into this technical inquiry and inform me why I am unable to use the Customize feature any longer even though WordPress is up-to-date?

    Thank you.

    Hello,
Thank you for your follow up.

I did try your suggestion on my site and I received the following message on webpage after deactivating one of the plugins:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method _WP_Editors::enqueue_default_editor() in /homepages/21/d637354425/htdocs/clickandbuilds/Website/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 3090

The webpage was blank; it did not state it was loading now, but received the above message.

What does it mean and how can this error be corrected?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Actually, it seems that there may be some error in that plugin.
Can you please contact the plugin developer regarding this issue ?

If you have any other queries, please let me know.
    Thanks.
