Responsive, Responsive II, Responsive Mobile… you guys screwed the pooch naming this one.

    EITHER way.

I’m having some issues. I have disabled every plug-in, disabled the child theme and am still getting a very nice blank white page when I go to my website. Does this theme NOT work with Godaddy having PHP 5.4 enabled?

The theme that I have, at least what the name in the wordpress dashboard says, is Responsive Mobile as active. http://www.blacktiephotobooth.com

    Need some answers quickly please.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

The issue you are facing is because you must have selected “Post page” as the blog page.
Please go to Setting–>Reading. Here, in “Front page displays” option you must have selected “Post page” as “Blog” page. Please select any other page as blog page or you can keep it blank.
Now reload site and check for the issue.

Do let me know if you are still facing the issue

    Hi Milind,

Changing that will defeat the purpose of having the custom front page enabled within the theme settings. And my choices are “Front page displays” “Your latest posts” and “A static page” and if “A static page” is selected then I have to choose from any of the pages for “Front page” or “Posts page”.

Either way. I still get a blank white page after following your directions then enabling PHP 5.4.

Milind – I am sorry to respond on this thread as it is not my own but I seem to not be able to reply on my own 258788. I can reply to everybody else’s but my own. Sorry to be so difficult and I don’t think I am incompetent but clearly something going on for me making the forum support more challenging for me. You responded to my last post by saying that you looked at my desktop site and my mobile site and you didn’t see a problem, and looking for more explanation. I thought I put it in the first note but let me try to make it clearer. The mobile version of my site does not remotely resemble my desktop – it doesn’t display the fixed front page for example it starts with the testimonial page. It’s just all messed up. When I go the admin dashboard and simulate what my desktop site should look like on mobile that version does not resemble at all what shows up my mobile. I have tried apple and android, i have cleared the cache on my phones and have tried multiple phones. I can’t understand why when you bring it up that it looks normal. I also don’t see how to attach a picture here to show you what my mobile version looks like so not sure how to send that to you. Can you advise how I send you a picture? And if you have any thoughts on why I can respond to every other thread but my own please advise. Again sorry for positing it here (Original thread call to action 258788)
