I’m using the Fresh Pro theme. Magazine format (3 columns 20 rows). At the bottom of the first page of posts, the [1][2][3][NEXT] indexing links always bring up the first page regardless of which option is clicked on. This occurs on my mobile device as well as my desktop. I’m not sure how long this problem has existed. I’m using the latest version (1.2) of Fresh Pro. Any thoughts? Thanks. Gary.

    Hi,

Can you please share your site URL where you have added this magazine element so that I can check the issue and assist you better?
Also, can you please check if there exists a plugin conflict? Try deactivating all the plugins and check if you are still facing the issue.

Moreover, which WordPress version you are using?

    Thank you.

    Hi and thanks.
I tried deactivating all plugins (I am only using 6), but still had the same problem.
I also checked that the plugins I am using are all compatible with WP 4.8.1.

    Hi,

Can you please try one more thing?
Create a fresh new page and add the magazine element on it. Create the same setting which you have created on this http://www.6xc.com.au/ page. Save this new page and check if you are facing the same issue on this new page.

Try it and let me know if you are still facing the issue.

Moreover, can you please let me knwo the email Id through which you have purchased the product or the order number?
    Thank you.

    Hi Milind

The indexing works fine on a new page…

The order number was 139856, purchased 1st December 2013.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply, but I don’t understand what you are suggesting I do when you say ‘please try setting this new page’.

    Hi,

In your earlier reply, you said: “The indexing works fine on a new pageā€¦”
According to my understanding, you have created a new page and the indexing on this page works fine.
But you were facing the indexing issue on your home page earlier.

Hence, please set the new page which you have created as a Home page and add all the elements and settings on this new page (which were on your home page).

    Thank you.
