Hi, I’ve inherited some responsibility for a website, and I’m new to WordPress. The theme is the Cyberchimps Pro Starter. The footer originally had 4 widgets which were equally spaced in a single row all the way across the width of the footer area. I removed 2 widgets, expecting the remaining 2 to shuffle along and take up the space, but sadly they take up just the left half of the footer area, squashed together and looking weird, with a blank space to the right. I can’t see any footer options to configure the number of widgets. Can anyone help please? The site is parishofharpenden.org

    Hi,

The theme doesn’t have the option to configure the number of widgets in the footer.

It will require CSS changes to fix your problem, which comes under the Plus support. The PLus support helps you with the CSS customization to tweak your site based on your requirement.
