    Using the Cyberchimps slider within the theme, is there a way to make the slider fill the page so it would show a full width image?

    This is my site:

    Here is an example that I am referring to:

    I have the ifeature slider plugin as well available to install if needed. I am unsure how this plugin is different from what is already built into the theme.

    Currently the slider cannot be made of full size like :

    But using below CSS rules may increase it to 50%. You can try :

    #page_slider_section .container {
        max-width: 100%;

    Also, I believe the iFeature free slider plugin may help you to have a slider look like :, its structure and design is little different. Like it does not have any background rectangular box.

    Thank you the CSS did increase the size. I will compare looks to see what is the better fit.

    How can I change the color of the rectangle behind the slider?

    You can do so by custom CSS :

    #page_slider_section {
        background: #e0e0e0;

    Hello, I’m having an issue with my homepage slider at

    I had developed it using the free version of this theme and had to recreate the homepage slider. Before the slides were the same dimensions of the photo (980 × 587 and now they’re definitely not.

    Also, what would be the recommended way to change the speed of the sliding effect? I found the variable in bootstrap.js but wasn’t sure if that will get overwritten by an update.

    Can you please let me know which theme exactly you are using? Is it a Business lite theme or the Neuro Pro theme? Can you please confirm?
    Also, can you please let me know the version of the theme you are using?
    Are you using a child theme? If yes – can you please try activating the parent theme and then check the issue?

    I checked the slider and the height of all the slides are same. Is the slider height increased or decreased?

    Moreover, the free theme doesn’t have the feature to change the slider speed. You can try the Pro theme for the same.

    Thank you.

    Hello, I’m using the pro theme with all current updates applied. I ended up editing the PHP file where this was hard coded in your html, it’s not css.

    No child theme.

    The staging area for this is

    Can you please let me know the name of the theme you are using? Is it Neuro Pro 3 theme?

    According to my understanding, you were using Neuro free theme and currently, you have Neuro Pro theme activated.

    The theme has the feature to change the height of the slider.
    – When you drag and drop the CyberChimps slider element in active element panel, it creates a “Blog slider setting” section below it.
    – You can change the height of the slider here. Enter value “700” without quotes in “slider height” field and save the setting
    – Now reload your site and check the slider.
    – You can add 500, 600, 400 value based on your requirement.

    Try it and let me know if you have any queries.

    Here you will also find slider speed option. You can add “1000” without quotes to slide the images within 1 sec.
    – Value 2000 for 2 sec duration.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    I am using the Cyberchimps slider in the premium theme, not the Neuro free version.

    The only way I was able to edit the maximum height option for the slider was edit the code within wp-content/themes/neuropro3/elements/slider.php, line 329. The height was specified there instead of within the CSS.

    I have that height now at 885 but I am concerned a theme update later will overwrite that.

    The steps I have provided is for pro theme slider only.
    You can visit below link to check the option

    And yes, if you have done any changes in the theme, it will vanish once you update the theme.

    You can create a child theme and then do the changes so that update won’t affect the parent theme.

    Thank you.
