I have just added Altitude to my site at http://orwit.org/ . The problem I am having is that sometimes the menu navigation disappears. It will come back up if you reload the page. I have never had this happen on any site I’ve built before. It’s running WordPress 4.7.4. Here is a screenshot: https://flic.kr/p/Ua3CuQ

Please let me know if you need any other info.

    Hi,

I checked your site but I was not able to replicate the issue. The menu displays properly on the site. I just visited your site once and the menu was displayed.

Can you please let me know the browser you are using, so that I can check the issue on specific browser.

Till then please try below solutions.
    1. Please try clearing your browser cache or loading the site in private window or in incognito mode. Check if the problem is getting resolved.

    2. Try deactivating all the plugins and check for the issue.

Let me know if you are still facing the problem.
    Thank you.

When I updated to the new version of the theme today this started happening again. It happens when you click on another part of the page or from another tab back to the page. That seems to trigger a change. The line in the code changes from
    <ul id="menu-home" class="menu"> to
    <ul id="menu-home" class="menu" style="display: none;">

I can’t figure out where this is coming from. I have tried cleaning my cookies, using other browsers, deactivating plugins, removing my custom css, and scanning the stylesheet, functions, head, front page, index and pages documents. I can’t seem to find what triggering this change to display:none.

    The site is http://orwit.org/

Here I captured a screen video of it happening https://www.screencast.com/t/itFehsDjbyU

Please help me figure this out and get it fixed.

    Hi,

I checked the video and understood your query. I tried to replicate the issue on your site but unable to do so.
The site works fine. The menu options work properly and they don’t disappear.
    Is your issue resolved?

    Thank you.

No the site in not working correctly. Just to be sure I used a different laptop, one where I have not been signed in to the site. And it still happened. The menu loads up, but when you click somewhere on the main part of the page it disappears. Please help me track this error down. Otherwise, I may have to use a different theme.
