A Cyberchimps Shop
Of the sixteen sites in my portfolio, half are based on a Cyberchimps theme (each marked with an (*) under the screenshot). And that’s just because Cyberchimps only started up their business after I started mine. I tried their first tree theme – Neuro – as soon as it was released. I, then, promptly purchased the pro version, and now have four of their themes! I am slowly migrating the older sites over to Cyberchimps themes, as well (without charge to my clients, as it is more for my benefit than theirs that I am doing it).
The Theme Framework
The first thing that I love is the theme framework. I have used premium themes whose back end took so much effort to learn to navigate and use that it would have been easier to just build my own theme from the ground up. I use premium themes because I do not want to do the extra work, people! K.I.S.S.
I find Cyberchimps’ Options Panels to be intuitive, easy to navigate and easy to use. Powerful tools and features are a cinch to figure out and actually make doing this fun! People see my sites and say, “WOW!”, and I have to pretend that it really took a lot of effort!
Quality Support
Their Pro Support Forums are great. Even the occasional brain-fart generated stupid question is met with polite, competent responses (sometimes as simple at, “There’s a plugin for that.”).
Difficult problems are dealt with by the designer or the developers, as needed. I’ve yet to have a problem that was not either resolved in some satisfactory way.
100% Cyberchimps
I hope these guys stay around for a long time. I’m throwing my lot in with them. I am moving toward a 100% Cyberchimps shop. I’ll use these themes unless a client specifically requests something different.

Keep up the good work.I have one word to describe Cyberchimps: Awesome. Six years after I started my copywriting agency, I eventually decided that it was time to build a website (http://www.thewordwright.com) and to build it on my own. You will see in the pro forums that I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer where web design is concerned. (I am a complete newbie). Still, I found Business Pro remarkably easy to work with and the support phenomenal. There is no way that I will ever buy from anybody else! A big thank you to all of you.

How many people do you know that get back to you within 24 hours when you are itching for an answer to a question? How about by the end of the day?
Every question I have ever asked in the Pro Support Forum has not only been answered very timely, but the stellar support team always had a SOLUTION to the PROBLEM.
Any programmer can build a template – but a company who prides themselves on hiring top quality people who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING – that is PRICELESS!!!!

After 2 years on blogger dot com. They switched to dynamic views, which was nice, but took away from the “old School” way of blogging. I fell across cyberchimps and their iprofeature theme. Only took 10 minutes to make my decision to purchase when I had a simple question of logo removal on the bottom and it was answered in about 2 minutes from support. Since then it is up & running on my site http://www.retiredarmyranger.com. Not only do i love the flexibility of the drag and drop… but you are virtually PHP code free. Thanks CyberChimps!

RLTWCouldn’t be happier with my Response Pro theme. I recieved nothing but premium, first class support with any customization questions. I got responses and solutions within a day of posting. I find the customization with the drag and drop and the level of options to be superior to other themes out there. I was able to brand my blog to match the rest of my site without any headache. I plan on collecting all of the themes at some point. CyberChimps Rock!

OMG, I’m a total WordPress newbie, previously only having dinked around on Blogger.com and such. So when it came to choosing a theme with lots of potential, yet easy to navigate, I went with Cyber Chimps’s iFeature . The free version was so easy to use, so intuitive, that I created a beautiful blog in about 6 hours! Being so impressed and inspired by how easy it was I upgraded to the Pro version.
Being new to WP of course I’ve had a few issues I couldn’t solve myself. Using the forum area, my questions were answered in a matter of minutes or a few hours. Fabulous!
It’s only been two weeks, but things are going so well with my blog creation that I’m actually going to attempt to help friends out, updating their blogs to iFeature too.

This EclipsePro is the BEST theme !!!!. I liked a whole lot more than iFeaturePro 4.5 ; the images are much bigger, the whole design is much more aesthetic , the 8 images in the portfolio are fantastic.

I have been using the iFeature free theme for over a year and today bought the pro version. All the extra features are great and the documentation is very good. Very pleased with my purchase.
