iFeature Pro is the first wordpress Theme I have bought, and have never looked back. The amazing support behind the scenes also makes this simple one of the best online experiences I have had in a long time. The Theme is amazing, looks professional and is very customizable. So if you don’t have it, why not!?

Jamie.We just received our iFeature pro theme, And instantly we knew what we were doing. It’s user friendly attributes are superb and blow away the competitors. It is very simple to use, Yet brings a complex professional touch to what ever you plan on doing with it. In our mind, it is one of the best premium themes you can buy!
It’s compatible with all the plugins and widgets you would ever need to use. The support is amazingly helpful and quick to respond. Taking minimum CPU usage from your server’s but still capable of being a very powerful, standards compliant masterpiece.
At first glance we had a few issues trying to figure out the custom slider, But within 10 minutes we were pro at it! It really is that easy to learn how to modify and operate this theme!
Please continue to update, And create new content with quality like this!I was hesitant before paying for a WP theme as I have 10 other sites and always use the free themes. I just really liked this one so I decided to upgrade. Right after I upgraded, I had some problems getting into the forums to get some help, my paypal email was different than my WP email, had some confusion, but since then…
I have been nothing but pleased. This is the BEST support I’ve had with any company. It’s like having my own web developer guide me through any problems I run into when building my site. Their support team (especially Bryan)are very knowledgeable, fast to respond, and I don’t have to spend hours on the web searching for answers, they are all right here in one place. Best Value on the Web.
When I first upgraded to iFeature Pro 2, I did it on a whim. I didn’t see there were that many advantages to the premium version. But it was the single best decision I ever made about my Blog. With the support I’ve had from Bryan and Tyler I have professionalised the look – and more importantly the functionality – of my blog and ended up integrating my website into it. Support is what it should be but rarely is. They get back the same day (I am in the UK) and keep getting back until an issue is resolved. The upgrades are regular, keep improving the theme in line with what customers ask for and FREE!
What more could you ask for.

It took me weeks to customize Twenty-Ten and Twenty-Eleven without support. I’ve learned a lot from doing that, but I knew all along I was eventually going to transition to a full featured theme. I only wanted to spend time working out how it worked before I got a prepackaged solution.
After purchasing iFeature Pro I converted my site through the WordPress upload feature and activated. It looked great, and only took me about twenty minutes to get most of the main layout done with the incredible configuration panel. I would have been happy with just this, but I wanted to make some adjustments. I knew I needed to use CSS, but was not able to find the correct CSS Selectors.
I wrote a short description of what I wanted to accomplish, posted it in the Premium Support forum and by the time I came to my computer Monday morning there was an answer available for me from CyberChimps Support member Bryan Hadaway.
Another plus to the Premium Support forum isn’t just the staff attention posters receive, but you are able to review all of the other posts which have also received a personal response. There are a coding gems in many of the responses from the community and staff alike.
My site looks exactly like I wanted it to, the price was fair (currently 30 USD) and the support is responsive and prompt. A perfect experience for me.

http://GraycloakGaming.comI have used many themes in the past, both free and paid for. Cyberchimps service is the best I have come across, and the product (ifeature pro3/4)is of the same quality. If the guide notes cannot help (which they will) there support forum will provide the answers.
I will be using this theme for myself and my clients, it is that good and easy to use.

I’ve been building WordPress websites since 2007, and iFeature Pro is one of the most well-built WordPress themes I’ve come across. For serious WP developers, it makes a great theme framework as well. Clean code, easy interface, infinitely extensible. A must-have in any website developer’s arsenal.
I bought iFeature Pro 4 for my main page, after years of using a different commercial theme, and am completely satisfied with the overall look-and-feel and customization options. During the initial set-up found a few bugs which were fixed very quickly. Support is extremely responsive and helpful. If given the choice to purchase this theme again, I wouldn’t hesitate!
I am no WordPress expert but I run my own site which is essential for my business.
Since using IFeature Pro 4 I have been really impressed:

- great flexibility
- great functionality
- great supportA lot of much bigger businesses could learn a lot from Cyberchimps!
After mucho research, purchased ResponsePro after trying out the free iFeature theme. The price can’t be beat & after going through several other frameworks, found this to be surprisingly easy & flexible. Still learning and my stress level is going down, down, down! My kudos to the developers.
