Message during loggin in

just bought NeuroPro and during login I’ve got this message. What is this? Can I fix that?

Could you please try disabling all plugins. Especially if you’re using any plugins for comments.

I dont use any plugins for comments.
I’ve disable all plugins and a warning appears sometime only when you first log, next login is clear
